About me

I am a teacher, popular educator and comedian; I am a migrant and sexual dissident existence. I carry a critical and loving creativity that found in comedy a way to address the transformations from the funny.

I am an artist-sanadorae, I was born in Colombia and sexilié in Chile for 12 years, there I started doing stand up comedy being a migrant and visible sexual dissidence in 2013, at 3 years I started my school the Revolución Reída, where I facilitate feminist comedy workshops for all corporalities, especially to sexual dissidences, I accompany them to get their voice out. It's been 8 years creating dissident stand up workshops and forming other audiences in different places of Abya Yala and the world.

From this experience I was very well trained in voice care practices, creative writing, script and narrative composition, how to use humor as a transmuting resource, stand up techniques, vocal training, corporeality and stage presence, and microphone handling.
Now with the return to Colombia from the experience in Chile, where students who decided to continue doing comedy have also reached the level of producing festivals such as the Weona Fest (first festival of women in comedy), or the Marika Fest (first festival of sexual dissidence in comedy), creating community spaces and comedy collectives, another hallmark of the Revolución Reída, and it is precisely where this proposal is oriented to also flourish in Bogota and Colombia.
